Standard Delivery via Australia Post Parcel Post is $14.95 for all orders. Price includes FREE return of one return delivery and FREE delivery of one exchange order. Return labels for additional refunds and exchanges are $9.00

Priority Delivery

Priority Delivery via Australia Post Express Post is $18.95 for all orders. Price includes FREE return of one return delivery and FREE delivery of one exchange order. Return labels for additional refunds and exchanges are $9.00

Return Labels

One FREE Return Label per order for approved refund and exchange returns is provided upon request via our returns portal. Return labels for refunds and additional return labels for exchanges are $9.00. All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by TX Active. Refer to delivery rates above for cost of return labels and exchange delivery fees. Only returns lodged and approved via our returns portal can be accepted.

In addition to your Consumer Guarantees, should you change your mind for any reason we will happily refund or exchange your purchase providing the following conditions have been met: The items are not designated "FINAL SALE" at time of purchase The items are returned within 30 days of receiving your order Items purchased between November 15 and December 27 have up to 60 days to be returned Items must be in original condition as purchased with no personalisation All original labels/tickets are attached Garments must not have been worn

FAULTY GOODS

Items not as described

The Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services.
